During the Upgrade (Administration, Updates, Upgrade) I got a couple of alerts below for ClamAV. I selected the suggested option 'keep the local version currently installed'. Is this the correct choice? What does it mean? I'm concerned this is going to mess up ClamAV or PMG in the future. I have PMG 8.1.2 after the upgrade. Thanks.

These questions are something that debian asks if the config changed between 2 versions of a package, and you have local modifications.

In general you should compare the configs if a package-upgrade asks you.
In this case however, the ClamAV config is handled by PMG with its templateing system:
https://pmg.proxmox.com/pmg-docs/pmg-admin-guide.html#pmgconfig_template_engine
so chosing keep the current version is the correct option (it would get written again by PMG anyways)

I hope this explains it
