Upgrade to PVE 9.0.9 -> 9.1 failed?

I have nothing special really, nothing installed on PVE but NUT, and just couple of containers and virtual machines. I noticed this might have something to do with network - I have SDN active, and my VLANs there.

There is no much I have done yet, this is simply after reboot.

I will wait a bit, maybe it recovers by itself, or will do a poweroff via IPMI.

Ideas?
