upgrade to pve 6 - node crashed at night

i updated to pve 6 - tonight a VM crashed and did not start again.
the boot error is on the picture - but not sure if it is about Proxmox or something else - but any help appreciated

i started to reinstall my backup - but this takes houers ........

the backup is back and the vm is up again.
progress 100% (read 483183820800 bytes, duration 7772 sec)
but why it takes sooooo long - the backup is local the vm is local too.
the vma.lzo file 346.74GiB

is there a way to be faster to reinstall a backup?

This host crashed again
but qm status is running
inside is a debian 9 running with all updates

The Strange part would be this unused Disk 0

it is save to remove the Unused Disk 0?

fsck /dev/sda1 and then y to all question did help -
but still don't get it why this happen
