i have 4 node pve cluster with pve 5.3 and ceph, sofar this cluster running well

now, i want to upgrade to the newest version pve, what are the steps to update without making cluster and ceph errors

update for last 5.X update,

then follow the procedure to upgrade to proxmox6
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_5.x_to_6.0

(be carefull about the corosync 2->3 upgrade , you need to firstly update corosync2->3 on your 5.X cluster, before doing the upgrade to 6.X)

when full cluster is updated to 6.X,
update your ceph version to octopus

then follow the procedure to upgrade to proxmox7
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_6.x_to_7.0
then whenn ful cluster is updated to 7.X,
update your ceph version to pacific (optional, as pacific is still new, no hurry)
