Hi Forum,

I'm new to Proxmox (about 2 months of usage) comming from Unriad.
I wanted to seperate some containers (Pihole, Home Assistent, Unifi and Twingate) from unraid and run them 24/7 on a very power efficient system and let storrage sit on another server that i could switch off when not used.

I installed Proxmox (for testing) on a very low power mini pc with an Intel N5105, i slapped in a single small nvme ssd and started using it.
Since im liking it so much i want to replace the 256gb ssd for a 1tb ssd and also slap in a 2nd 1td ssd for redundancy.
Is it possible in Proxmox to achieve this without reinstalling everything?
The motherboard of this mini pc doesnt support raid itself so it has to be raid from the os.

Thanks!

The easiest way would be to Backup your VMS, do a new proxmox Install to your 2 new Disks
Selecting zfs mirror (aka RAID 1) at Install and restore your Backups. Nothing can go wrong cause you still got the old SSD as backup

How did you install PVE? If you used ZFS you could turn that into a mirror. In case of LVM/ext4 a reinstallation would be required.
