Upgrade issue on hosted Centos 6 VM

I upgraded my proxmox 7.4 to 8.2 I have a centos 6 server that generates a license code using dmidecode.
which worked on proxmox 7
now I get

# dmidecode 2.12
# No SMBIOS nor DMI entry point found, sorry.

I have made sure the options has information in the SMBIOS setting


I can't upgrade the OS
