[SOLVED] Upgrade from VE 8 to 9

Hi,

I followed the wiki at https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_8_to_9 and `pve8to9 --full` did not return any error. All VM's are powered off.

I am running `apt dist-upgrade` and it has been stuck on `Unpacking groff-base (1.23.0-9) over (1.22.4-10) ...` (27%) for over half an hour. The server is responsive.

Is this expected and if not is there a way I can proceed?

I was not working off the console. I logged into the console, and tried `dpkg --configure -a`. Got an error that is was locked by a process.

I proceeded to kill the process and continued the upgrade from the console.
