Proxmox VE 9.1.4 cannot start!!

The image is below.
I tried the update-grub command, but it didn't work.

Help me, how do I find resources in Plymouth?
Thank you.

Your actual problem is systemd going to rescue.. plymouth shouldn't be installed on proxmox, I think, maybe it came with a dependency from someone installed..
What state is your proxmox install? does it drop to a root shell? Can you try to boot the former kernel (might not work..) from GRUB?

I find the Full Mesh Network for Ceph Server wiki
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Full_Mesh_Network_for_Ceph_Server
Note: Starting with Proxmox VE 9, it is necessary to extend the post-up with a small check to avoid deadlocks in the service start ordering.
Solution:
auto vmbr0
iface vmbr0 inet static
address 192.168.2.51
netmask 255.255.240.0
gateway 192.168.2.1
bridge_ports ens20
bridge_stp off
bridge_fd 0
=> post-up /usr/bin/systemctl is-active --quiet frr.service && /usr/bin/systemctl restart frr.service || true
