Upgrade failed - appreciate your help

Dear,

I have big problem when upgrading proxmox from 3.4 to 4.4, kernel is not loading

I would like you to help me a hand to fix problem soon because my work is downed and business is going dead, it is very urgent to get server up.

Yes, i did wrong upgrade, and i would like to fix this, please help for solution and how to?!

If you can´t fix it with apt and the howto, you can also think of re-installing.

could you show me how to reinstall and keep the old data without format the drive because there are still Virtual machines files on disk.
