Upgrade broke system

I just applied the patches that were released this morning and I can not connect to any of my sites
System comes up but when I select aVM and try to shut down it says Connection error - Server offline

Please assist

what says if you stop a VM using qm stop <VMID>? also please provide us the output of pveversion -v command
