Updated changelog required

Hi,

Good to see you are making regular changes to the pvemanager and other components. The current version seems to be 1.0/3451 and I also see qemu has been upgraded as well

Can you please post a changelog file on the forum and/or the wiki so we can see what has changed.

If I check this regularly then I'll also know when an update is available.
