Update smartmontools - micron 5400

I have just setup a new PVE8 machine but it does not recognise my drives life.

Ive seen that Smartmontools 7.3 may be too old to have the correct definitions for the Micron 5400 as when I run it on the CLI the particular attributes are undefined.

Can we manually update smartmontools to 7.4 without causing any issues?

Probably? The changelog doesnt seem to have any breaking changes.
New version should show up in backports eventually as well. It is only out for two months it seems.

@Neobin thanks did not know about that, it worked and now appears in UI
