Update released 03/30/2021 Bombs

I am trying to install the update issued today Tuesday 03/30/2021 and the process stops at

stops at 81% and brings down the sites

What do you mean with "stops at 81%"? It's not finished, yet. Did you kill it or did it throw an error?
Maybe try to fix with apt install -f or dpkg --configure -a

It stopped at 81% stayed there for about 5min and never progressed

Ok the dpkg --configure -a and then Refreshed and upgrade completed
