That seems to be MY version ..
and it doesn't explain the error message
"Couldn't find any package whose name or description matched "proxmox-ve-2.6.32"

right, thats don't explain the error-messages. But why you have only few packets show with "apt-cache search pve"?

Today I tried it again - just so, and the update/install worked just fine.
