[SOLVED] update package database

Hello everyone, I just finished the installation and migration of all the VMs to the new PVE, and everything went well. I’m not very experienced, but I’m getting this error: TASK ERROR: command 'apt-get update' failed: exit code 100. What should I do?

There is no additional information in your attachment unfortunately. Did you setup a repository: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#sysadmin_package_repositories ?

Okay, I understand that I don’t have a subscription, but what I don’t understand is how I can use the Proxmox VE No-Subscription Repository. I should mention that I’m not familiar with Debian commands, so what should I type in the shell? Thanks for the help.

You can do that in the show Web Gui. There is an "Enable" button which mutates to "Disable" on enabled repositories.
