Hello, I have just updated from 7.4 to 8
according to these instructions.

Update 7 to 8

Now I can not reach the PVE via the WebUI / IP address in the browser.
A login via terminal is possible. What can I do now.
What more information do you need?

Can you check if the /etc/pve is mounted by doing `ls /etc/pve` command?

Regarding the syslog you provided, please check the current syslog, e.g., using `journalctl -f` command.

Code:
root@pve:~# ls /etc/pve
vzdump.cron
