Update from 7.2 to 7.4

I'm trying to update my proxmox and running pveupdate && pveupgrade is giving me a strange error where it says

"failed to fetch https://enterprise.proxmox.com/debi...ve-kernel-5.15.116-1-pve_5.15.116-1_amd64.deb" Conneciton timed out [IP: 144.217.225.162 443]"
...
"maybe run art-get update or try with --fix-missing?"
...
"system not fully up to date (found 76 new packages)"

I'm able to ping google.com

If you did not pay for a subscription license, then you wont be able to access the "enterpise" repo. You need to change to no-sub one:

never mind. I didn't run the --fix-missing properly

After updating, my proxmox is hanging on iwlwifi 0000:25:00.0: pcim_iomap_regions_request_all failed. I'm still able to access my VMs but I can't access the command line.
