Unlock port 43

Hi ,

I am trying to unlock the port 43 for a server but i faild .

Here is what i have done.

Datacenter --- Firewall -- Enabled in/out Accept

# pve-firewall status
Status: enabled/running

Node Level --- Firewall --- Enabled
VM Level --- Network ---Firewall Yes (reboot vm)--- --- Firewall Enabled in/out Accept

CSF is disabled .

Here at the vm level i have added some rules but is not working . Can somebody tell me what i am dooing wrong ?
