Unicode support in the web console

Dear proxmox community,

I need your help regarding unicode. I have edited a file with emacs and inserted french characters (é...). In emacs, some of them are shown correctly, but when I try with less or cat they are not printed correctly.

export LANG="fr_FR.ISO-8859"
