Under heavy load the web control panel go off

Hello.
When my second office host is backup files from the remote host using a ubuntu container with a simply rsync of 400gb .. that are saved in a spare zfs disk,
the proxmox web cp go in time out....

used cpu is around 7% over 4cores .. used ram 5gb on 8gb total.. is downloading only at 250mbit....

if i digit for example qm from terminal...

the terminal freeze.. also with a ctrl-z .. i can't stop the command

can be the spare zfs spare disk where i'm downloading the 400gb files that on the server with only 8gb of ram
go crazy for the zfs memory requirements?
