I am preparing a few new nodes for an existing cluster, all of the nodes in the existing cluster are on 7.1-10. When I update the new nodes to latest before joining them I seem to only be reaching 7.1-7. Unless I am wildly misunderstanding these version numbers I appear to be stuck at a lower version on my new nodes.

I tried to find anything regarding a rollback or delay but searching these version numbers isn't giving me much. Maybe there's a way to force it or the repo is borked?

What command did you use to upgrade?

apt-get update
apt dist-upgrade

I think I figured it out... looks like I jumped the gun and am now seeing errors with my sources list so I am going to redo that and try again.

Edit: I goofed and had buster in my sources instead of bullseye... disregard!

i had similar flukes on installing new boxes on my cluster due to not having my documentation in order.

Just a suggestion - mark your post/thread as [solved] - topic so others wont look into this as if its still not solved :)
