Unable to update Ubuntu templates in 7.0.10

CT template unable to update Ubuntu templates . I have tried 21.04 version exactly the same. is there a solution.

what does /etc/resolv.conf in the container contain?
 
and can you reach it from the container? how does your network setup look like? (container/host)?
 
Why an i getting this error now see attachment please I have followed the instruction and regarding repositories and the /etc/apt/sources.list are per the instruction. yet i cannot update anything. I would appreciated some advice and help.
Container does not have the router host does see attached.

no , I commented it out and just use the community. I solved the problem by checking the repos and rebooting the router overnight. Can i ask you question
i installed the Proxmox VE on a ssd 240gb and configure it to use 100gb for installation. is it possible that i can use the approx 140gb for local-lvm if so how can achieve this?
