Unable to start the docker container from docker-compose up

Hello Guys ,
I am testing the docker container on ubuntu vm on proxmox server. I was using docker-compose cmd and getting the attached error.
I have the similar other proxmox server and found same is working without any issues.
Please help me to understand the issue for resolution.

You're sure you're using Docker in a VM, or do you using docker in an LXC?

I have the latest version of docker.

You are able to start an other docker?

I do have another proxmox server with same version where it's works without any issue. But in my this proxmox server I am facing this issue.

Thank you. You are using Docker in a real virtual machine, exactly as recommended. Very good. If Docker then does not work, there is a very high probability that it is no longer due to the Proxmox VM configuration.

But please also post your configuration of the virtual machine with VMID 101:

qm config 101
