Unable to remove/delete vm

Normaly i dont have a problem, but after creating this current vm I cant delete it. I get this error: TASK ERROR: unable to parse volume filename 'macOS_Big_Sur_11.0.1__20B29_.iso'

hi, maybe you could write how you fixed your problem? so someone else who has the same problem can find your solution

It was my own fault I had been fiddling with the vm's .conf file. I suddenly remembered what I had changed.
I've been unable to install MacOS with opencore because for some reason proxmox doesn't locate the opencore bootloader.
