[SOLVED] Unable to Ping or access Web Gui

After install everything worked great and then after power outage something else got messed up and another device got assigned same ip as my server and i have resolved that part now I am not able to ping or access web gui after changing IP address to 192.168.1.10

I thought it was bad eth port so i installed new dual nic card and had to add that into /etc/network/interfaces
and then run ip link set up [name of nic] to get them up and working and now nic and switch both show activity from host but not able to ping the server or access webgui still

Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

with Installed dual nic and updating Bridge port to the new dual nic card everything is back up
onboard nic is dead as well after testing
