unable to login

Hello I can login to the server using ssh with the root U/P but I cannot login to the webgui using the same information
vm are running

Hi @piojo11 , welcome to the forum.

The common culprits are:
- browser extensions affecting password entries
- native browser password managers
- using wrong PAM domain
- typing a wrong password
- modifying PVE code to "smooth" login experience

In addition to above, good place to check - browser debug console.

If you can provide more information, i.e. specific error messages, screenshots, etc, someone may provide additional help
