Unable to login

I just installed a fresh version of proxmox and i am able to login via ssh and on the terminal to the server.

But when i try to login through the webUI it returns a 401 error (Connection error 401: No ticket).

Can anyone explain what possibly i am doing wrong ?

What browser/OS do you use?

I use Google chrome web browser... Another thing i noticed i am able to login via the local IP, but when i try to access the WEbUI through the nginx reverse proxy (i.e pointing to a hyper.example.net) it fails and the linux authentication realm returns a 401 error (Connection error 401: No ticket).

Any idea or advice on what is going ?
