Unable to have incoming connections. Help

Hello everyone
I'm having a connection issue with Naba Casa that I can't seem to resolve.
After migrating from a proxmox server where everything was working correctly to another server (different machine), I'm unable to use the Nabu Casa remote address; I consistently get the ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED error.
I can't figure out where this blockage is coming from.
I tried checking my remote address by opening port 8123 on my Freebox Pop with uptimerobot, and I also got an error. I deduce that it's a blocking of incoming connections, but I don't see how to fix it. I don't have an active firewall and I'm using Proxmox 8.4.1 on a Ryzen 7 mini PC.
How do I allow incoming connections on my Proxmox and therefore on HA?
I'm attaching my network card settings (which correspond point by point, except for the MAC address, with the network card on my old working machine).
What's strange, though, is that I can use HA on my iPhone remotely using the address with the open port 8123. I don't understand; I've been going around in circles for a day, impossible to solve.

Can you explain more about what is your setup ?

From what I understand, you try to access "Nabu Casa" which is on the VM of the posted network config, but the connection failed ?

Yes, it's that exactly.
Here is my configuration. I have a Proxmox server on which I have a VM with Home Assistant. This server is installed on a Ryzen 7. This Ryzen 7 is connected to a switch on which other devices are also connected. This switch is connected to a Free Pop box.
I think it's not a box problem because I monitored a raspberry whose port 444 I opened and it has no problem with uptimerobot.
I opened the port of my proxmox vm in this way and I can access my home assistant with the external ip XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8123 so the redirection works then I can add this server to the ios application of Home assistant and everything is functional.
The problem is when Nabu Casa has to send the certificate to Home Assistant, I am connected to the cloud but I cannot receive the remote address. It is blocked by something but I don't know what.
On the Nabu Casa website, I get the external address but it is not reachable.


I monitored my home assistant instance using the address with port 8123 open that I used in the iOS app but I can't access it.
I don't see anything other than a communication problem with proxmox but I don't see what's wrong

I just monitored my HTTP address on a server in Frankfurt, Europe, and the address responds. If I monitor the same address with uptimerobot (server in the United States), I get an error. Any ideas?PS: Nabu Casa is based in the United States. I live in France.

Hi,

The NAT seems right if the HomeAssistant VM is 192.168.1.222 and you are not behind a CGNAT.
For the UptimeRobot for me, it's normal since your monitor is HTTP/HTTPS (which look at 80 and 443 if I'm right) and not port monitor.

Can you precise the IP of your VM and the external link used for further testing ?
