Its unlikely that PVE installer includes multipath support. But, I dont know for sure. For package type install: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_11_Bullseye google: Debian Installer Multipath Support Or reach out to you storage vendor for documentation.
