Unable to create a new VM due to full "thin volume", yet nothing is full

Hello guys,
When I run lsblk it seems theat none of my folders are full, how come I cannot create a new VM?

My local-lvm is not full, nor is my local as far as the gui can tell

Have I encountered some kind of ghost data?

I asked ChatGPT and it was spitting out shit so I got annoyed and reinstalled the whole proxmox.
Now it works just fine.
