Unable to configure a sql database

Hi I am new here I create a virtual machine that installed window server 2022 and I deploy a project of asp.net core API. i publish the project in a folder and then copy that project in inetpub that working fine but I am unable to configure database how can I configure it with a database please help me.

in this forum we do support for Proxmox products, e.g. PVE, PMG or PBS.
your question doesn't seem to be related to any of these, but to windows specific, i'd suggest asking it somewhere else or searching online.
