Unable to boot New Dell Power Edge R720XD from CD or USB

​I have created both the CD and USB boot disk and the dell will not start off it. I am able to start the server off of other OS install media with no problem. But it fails when using Proxmox 3.0 as well as 2.3. I have made the media in both Macintosh, Windows, and linux to no avail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.​

Has anyone else had this issue with the Dell not booting from the proxmox CD or USB? I have been able to get other OSes to boot using the same media with no problem though.

check the MD5 hash on the downloaded iso?

try another proxmox iso file?

I have confirmed that the iso is good by booting another server from the USB and CD that I created. It will not boot the dell though. In addition I have also tried a 2.3 USB & CD to see if it will boot to no luck.

Can you try with PLOP ?

Boot server from PLOP CD, then from menù :
Plop boot manager -> USB

On USB there is Proxmox installation......

Thank you! It booted from the USB drive. Now I just have to get it past the grey screen and install proxmox.
