unable to apply VM settings, command failed & migrateing debian to openVZ

Hello,

i converted my debian 5 from my local machine into a openVZ-Container.
Therefor i used this man:

It works great, but after that i can't do any changes with proxmox.
I get following message:

unable to apply VM settings, command failed: /usr/bin/pvectl vzset 211 --onboot no

if i try to do the changes @ shell, i get this error:

is not managed by PVE (origin sample is not set)
