Unable to add host to cluster - stuck at "Stopping pve-cluster service"

Hello,

I rebuilt one of our 20 hosts in the cluster and am stuck trying to add it back. I have done this process several times before with no problem. First do a pvecm delnode hostname to take it out of the cluster, reinstall pve and then try to add it back into the cluster. But it gets stuck at

pvecm status on the new host indicates it believe it is part of the cluster but can't see the other nodes. I have tried a couple of times to remove it again, rebuild and try to add it again. Any suggestions?

Hi,

- Anything in the syslog durint the new node joining?
- Did the corosync.conf updated in /etc/pve/corosync.conf after you added the new node?
- Is the /etc/pve/nodes/<New-Node-Name> exist on all nodes?
- can you also see if the .members in `cat /etc/pve/.members` updated after you added the new node?
