Hi all,
I hope someone here can help me resolve this issue, I hope I did not lose all my files on the Proxmox VMs.
Background:
Last night I initiated a download of a large file from the internet to one of the VMs on the proxmox server. Because it was taking so long, I left it over night. I did not check if I had enough disk space and this morning I realized what happened. At this point my VMs were still accessible, but not the VE GUI. I tried to look at the console of the server and saw messages about some log could not be written to disk and disk is now in read-only mode. I made a mistake on not taking a screenshot of that.
I said if I reboot the server, maybe everything will come back as normally. It did not!
Now on the console of the server, i see "Booting PXE over IPv4", which I think means server cannot find the proxmox boot drive to boot from. The server keep rebooting.
I hope I can still recover this and at least get my data off of the server before I have to reinstall proxmox.
EDIT: I am not even getting to boot menu to select any of the proxmox versions.
