Hello, I am running Nextcloud within a Ubuntu VM, it has it's own ip address (192.168.1.119) and I am unable to access it through my public ip, I have port forwarded it on my router. Since Nextcloud uses port 443 I have port forwarded it, and I am able to access all my other services that I have port forwarded, just not Nextcloud. If I put my public ip when I am locally connected to my network I can connect with no issues. Its just when I am outside my local network I cannot access Nextcloud through port 443. It just keeps hanging on connecting, and I have tried to ping it, and it would fail to do that too.

You could use another port or rent a cheap VPS, setup a VPN tunnel (using some not blocked port) between your VPS and home network and use the VPS servers port 443 as your public IP.
