Ultrahd and 4k resolutions not supported

Hello,
I am trying to run some linux based (ubuntu,suse) virtual machines under proxmox using spice client.
I have an ultra hd (3840x2160) monitor and when I run the spice client even if that resolution is recognized by the virtual machine then I cannot switch to it because the "apply" command is not accepted.
This happens on recent distro (ubuntu , suse and so on). Old distro do not show highest resolutions at all.
What can I do? Please help me!

Is it my question not clear? Do I have some spice parameters to change?

ensure the QLX driver and Spice agent are installed in your VM's.
