Ubuntu 9.10 Released with "Enterprise Cloud" anyone have docs or information comparision 2 plataforms.

Exists advantages of use proxmox insted Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud?

I don´t tested Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud and im using proxmox on prod enviroment. For me is the best option of any virtualization plataforms tested by my self. like (vmware server, xen citrix and etc).
