Ubuntu/Debian CPU in idle state use 8%

Dear Community,

I found out that Ubuntu / Debian VPS uses around 8% CPU while idle state.

Proxmox Version: 6.2-12

Seems SolusVM had the same issue and fixed: https://docs.solusvm.com/display/BET/v1.25

You could try and set "use tablet for pointer" to "no".

I don't know an easy way for this, but perhaps you could use a VM template where it is set to No and base a new VM on that.
If I'm right that is not easy to set and you feel it's important enough you could file an enhancement request at https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/
