Two Ceph pool with seperated hard disks in each node

Hello, i have a wish for proxmox and ceph, which can make it the ultimate Nas tool.

My Setup:
Node 1:
Disk A
Disk B
Node 2:
Disk A
Disk B
Node 3:
Disk A
Disk B

Disk A are High performance Disk where i run the VM. Disk B are Storage.

I wish that i can make two pools. Pool1 should run only on A Disks and Pool 2 should only run ond B Disks. I wish that they can implent this quickly in the GUI of Proxmox.

Assign a different device class to the "B" disks and create crush rules that utilizes these device classes. Assign the crush rules to the pools and they will only use the OSDs from their device class.

Thank you for that information. I know this, but it would be nice to make the Crush Rules a little bit easyer for user which are not so fimilar with proxmox. Or is there a tool which i don't see to generat cursh rules?

The command line tool "ceph" is available to create crush rules and set device classes.
