Trying to understand IO util in qemu

Hi everybody,

I have the cluster of proxmox with spec:

5 node to running ceph on proxmox
Version: 8.2.2
Disk: 12x2TB SSD
Ram: 128GB Ram
CPU: 2xCPU E5-2683 v3

So many node to run VM.
Version 8.2.4
CPU: Xeon(R) Silver 4214R
RAM: 128Gb

Everything work good, i can do 200k io in 4k read with 10vm
But to day i find the strange util in vm is event 250io the util of disk is increase to 64%.
