[SOLVED] Trying to Passthrough a GPU through a W11 VM, getting error 43

I have tried several guides, checked through multiple proxmox threads but I can't seem to fix this. I've tried even an older driver: 2021.3.30 but it still gives me this issue. I'm not sure what I should do to make this work .-. .

This was able to be resolved. Make sure PCI-Express is checked in the advanced settings of the hardware. Just putting it here for future generations
