Troubleshooting a Kernel Panic

I did a clean install of 4.1.

Well, there is a change. It now just reboots instead of getting stuck. I would not have known if the main VM wasn't being backed up at the time.

No replacement NIC (HP says the one I got is incompatible. ugh). I'll see what I can do about getting one.

Is it possible that there is something in the VM that causes the Proxmox backup to crash, taking the host with it? It only seems to crash on the 102 VM, and only when it is a scheduled backup. I can do manual backups with the same settings all day.
