Trouble installing from pendrive/cd-rom

Hi everyone!

I am trying to install proxmox 8.2 in a HP Proliant DL360 g6 and allways get stuck in the initial setup.

Anyone can help?

Hi,

Have you tried to disable the UEFI Boot, since older servers like HP Proliant DL360 may not support UEFI properly! The other solution can be is to install Proxmox VE on top of Debian as described in our wiki guide [0].

Hello! The fact is that on another server (hp proliant DL360e Gen8) it does the same thing. If I remove one of the 2 CPUs it has, the system installs without problem and works correctly.
On HP Proliant DL360 g6 with 2 CPUs, proxmox 7 installs without problem, but proxmox 8 does not install with either 2 or 1 CPU....
I need help!
Note: Neither of them have UEFI
