We have been using PMG for a little while now however the other day I was asked about an email that was not sending outwards. Looking in the tracking centre I could not see the message listed at all. It was only when I looked in the syslog I could see that the message got "warning: 55E11215AD: queue file size limit exceeded" is this possible to be viewed in the Tracking Centre and if not how do we request a change? It would be good to see in the Tracking Centre that the message was dropped due to this. As well as if any other messages are dropped due to other reasons like sending limits etc.

Are you sure it was dropped? If the warning is from postfix, it most likely rejected the incoming message, not dropped it.
Then responsibility for the message is still on the sending client.

@Onslow You're right the message was rejected by Postfix. The problem I had here was the message is being sent by an automated process (Reporting system) and it was not very clear in its own logs why it failed and when looking in the PMG Tracking Centre there was no detail. Seeing the Rejcted message would have been nice to have seen why it didnt get any further without having to dig into the syslog messages.
