I'm unable to view anything in the tracking centre

any ideas?
 
The issue is that there's an empty `to`. Could you find the line where this happened?
Patches fixing one such issue are already committed, and will be released with the next pmg-log-tracker and pmg-api version.

ok, I got another one this morning.
Looks like a bot testing for an open relay (the from address is legit but not from that IP!)
