timing virtual machine

I have a problem with the time of a virtual machine.

I installed windows server 2012 in proxmox, and the time is offset.

I'll correct the time again and synchronize again with the bios of the hypervisor.


The proxmxo time is fine, but I think it is synchronizing with the time of the bios.

there is some way that the virtual machine does not synchronize with the Bios time

The default in win2012 Server is the timeserver from microsoft. That is not working always fine. Use ntp.pool.org. We have done this and it is working for years.
