this CPU not supported KVM VM ? but ....!

I have AMD Athlon II X2 240

After installation proxmox, in virtual machine/create section, i see :

Attention: This CPU does not support KVM virtual machines (no Intel VT / AMD-V support).
But as you see at bottom, my CPU has AMD-V and X64 capable...


Whats wrong or what am i do for this situation ?

try to look at the flags (if you've installed Linux)

# cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep flags

Virtualization is almost always disabled in BIOS. Did you look in BIOS to enable it ?

Hear the solution : Proxmox doesnt install on vmware workstation....thats all....!

you could have started by saying you were trying to install installing in a VM... the answer would then have come immediately
