thinclient / minimal OS / RDP

Hello y'all,

I was wondering if there is a minimal (linux) distro (that you use) to remotely (rdp) into a VM on proxmox. What is a good one for that? (do i really still need a full blown os on my main pc?)

I use https://puppylinux.com/ . You can also run it as Live CD without install.
