There is a conflict between virtio-0.1.285 and PCI passthrough devices

1.Hot-plugging SCSI with virtio-0.1.285 on a Windows virtual machine causes DXG-related periodic blue screens and crashes when refreshing the hardware l。
2.Uninstalling does not resolve the problem, and it appears to have caused errors in the Windows Plug and Play (PnP) database。
3.On systems with GPU passthrough, the VM experiences periodic reboots and VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR blue screens. Currently, no workaround or solution has been identified。

Hi,

please try using: virtio-win 0.1.271
There are some known issue in virtio-0.1.285, see Proxmox VE Wiki - Windows VirtIO Drivers, which could be causing this.
